1Kid carries a diagnosis of ADHD-combined inattentive type with hyperactivity. He has completed the Dore program as of February 2008. The goal of the Dore program is to ease and/or eliminate the frustrations, difficulties, and symptoms of ADHD and other learning disabilities by stimulating and developing the cerebellum, otherwise known as Cerebellar Developmental Delay. This is a journal of 1Kid's journey through the program.

Finally, a live look at the mental tasks!
Since school has been out for 2 months, we don't have anything brilliant to report yet, we are still plugging away at the mental tasks, and doing well. 1Kid has finally allowed me to film him, he's singing a song. Don't laugh, the last second is priceless.
It is lovely when the whole family become imvolved even the doggy. I can remember Leila doing that one with the cards but she didn't sing. Never thought of that one. Ellie XXX

Harry's not at the mental tasks yet, but he did a similar eye-tracking exercise singing "In the End" by Linkin Park.
