Something unusual today....
1Kid received another dreaded long-term assignment. We usually find out about the day before they are due, or the day after. With this assignment, 1Kid took care of the planning process himself this time. He was really motivated to do it on his own, AND he was ABLE to do it on his own. Not only did 1Kid complete all the writing and putting together yesterday, all on his own, really with very little effort and in a very short amount of time, he made it way before the due date, and turned it in a few days early. He was unusually able to get his thoughts easliy into the computer, and stayed right on track with his concentration and focus and just zipped the thing right out, SO EASILY;EFFORTLESSLY! It appeared to be an "A" paper, he got all of the elements, and double checked the requirements himself. It was just all so incredibly easy for him, for the very first time EVER. I am still just in awe. I hope this is the first of many assignments that go much easier for 1Kid and make school more of a pleasure academically for him as well.
