2nd Happy Proud Moment!!

One more happy I have to report! 1Kid's memory is seeming to really be responding to the therapy. This is his first day back from his dad's house, after a week over there, and again, for the first time, remembered, on his own, to bring his Dore notebook over here, as well as his supplement med-box. He has to go into the refrigerator to grab that, so this is a big deal, being out of sight out of mind. I had totally given up on counting on either 1Kid or his dad to make sure those two items made it back over here without another inconveniencing trip. I emphasized again to 1Kid how proud I am of all the hard work he is putting into the therapy, especially of late, and he is getting results just as he is supposed to be. He seemed pleased with himself, as he should be. You not only affect yourself when you do not take care of your stuff by getting a low self-esteem, depressed, etc, but you disappoint and let others down as well, which exacerbates the downfall.
