What are the Mental Tasks?

1Kid's next step will be what they call the mental tasks. What exactly is that? Is it more work for mama? If so, I better get ready before his next round comes up. He is still pretty sick, and I'm thinking there may be a secondary infection popping up. He hasn't done any activities since last week. Over a week off. He tried to do one of them and it made him nauseated very quickly.
