A Little History

1Kid is only mildly ADHD, and has some low scores in his reading and comprehension. I have some faith that the eye tracking results will help with that, and hope his scores will be better this year. All through his schooling, he's always scored low in comprehension. He has troubles understanding his assignments, thoroughly reading and SEEING every detail on the page. When we go through his papers together it's better, but his eyes just pop over some really important things on those papers. He is a whiz at math though, THANK GOODNESS! And, he has the typical ADHD struggles, forgetfulness, follow through, following directions and instructions if more than one at a time is given, listening in conversations, impulsivity.

He's such an easygoing kid though, and he's not much ever complained about doing the therapy. We work together on them, and it's fun most of the time. The biggest motivator, if you think about something hard you have had to do, is when your family was besides you the entire time.
